I use every day as part of a sales and sales management job.I have been using it since beginning of August with ZERO issues, which is exactly the same number of issues the republicans used to win the white house ;-) OK, I take that back. Strong magnet holder that keeps it in place on the visor. Easy to adjust volume, easy off and on. I charge it once a week and sometimes not even that. This was recommended on a podcast that I listen to regularly. It has worked great. Battery life is remarkable.
I am not sure if the compatability is the newer model or the 2.0 software in the Iphone but they work beautifully together.I like the simplicity of the funtions since I use it exclusively in the car. I purchased an older Blue Ant product which did not work with my Iphone. The only thing its missing is a caller ID function, which i'm not sure I would be able to use while driving anyway.
I also bought one for my cousin who drives long distances for work, and she also loves it. This product is the best. Highly reccommended, you wont be disapointed.DeniseButler,PA I purchased this Blue Ant for myself & absoultly loved it. I wanted a hands free / ear free bluetooth. So easy to use, just clip it to your visor or you can carry it with you.
But other than that, the audio on this speaker is great and the device easy to use. 'She' keeps asking for various names and most do not even sound like the name that was said. This is a very good product and I recommend it. However, the only flaw seems to be when using the voice command to place calls, the 'operator' or device, has trouble understanding the names said. Very frustrating.
Had a slight problem with mini-boom mic, which also cleverly acts as on/off switch, not staying closed. Works as well as advertised. But customer service has been great -- returned item no questions asked for new unit.
